VS Day Seven:

Today was a better day! I woke up and for breakfast I had strawberry greek yogurt and a cup of hot lemon water. I did some Christmas shopping and when I got back for a snack I had a slice of gluten free bread and boysenberry jam. I was surprised that the bread was as good as it was. Then I went to a late lunch with my friend Will and I broke the gluten free rule again! I didn't even think about it I totally forgot. But at least what I ate wasn't too bad. I had a lobster, shrimp, and crab noodle dish with spinach. The only thing I would have changed would have been to switch out the noodles for gluten free ones. And for dinner I had a small salad with cucumber, celery, and avocado. So over all I think I did pretty good today! I also worked out for a good 45 minutes and worked up a sweat! As I was in the shower tonight I kept getting down on myself wondering when am I finally going to get my dream body? Then I said to myself "Dakota, this isn't going to happen over night. It's going to take a long time and a lot of work. So…how bad do you want it?" And I've decided I want it…BAD! So I'm going to stick with it! And maybe even push myself harder. I'm proud of myself so far. Let's hope I can keep it up!
